That means looking closely at the work: where time goes, what requires judgment, what can be standardized, what carries risk, and where a tool genuinely improves the result.
Castle’s recommendations are independent and practical. The goal is to improve the work—not to sell a particular tool or force AI into a process where it doesn’t belong.
