I started Castle to help people get past the broad promises surrounding AI and into the details that determine whether it’s actually useful.
That means looking closely at the work: where time goes, what requires judgment, what can be standardized, what carries risk, and where a tool genuinely improves the result.
I work directly with every client—from the first conversation through the session or final recommendation. You won’t be handed to a junior consultant, and I don’t receive commissions for recommending software.
